You could potentially get a completely free repair! Here’s how it works..

1. Bring your car in (if roadworthy) to us to assess (otherwise we will come to you or assess from pictures if appropriate).
2. We will evaluate and confirm if we can fully cover your excess (or the amount we will cover).
3. Provide us with your Insurance Claims Reference number or bring in your insurance details so we can raise a claim with your insurers with you.
4. Once authorisation for the repair has been given by the insurance company, we will book your car in for the repair and (if required) will provide you with a free courtesy car for the duration of the repair.
5. We will repair your car to Insurance Approved standards and guarantee our work to your vehicle. We will endeavour to get your vehicle back to you without delay.
6. We will manage the claim on your behalf and will invoice your Insurance Company directly, meaning you can just collect your car on completion and drive away.
